ORDERING & SHIPPING

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping Time:

  • Production: 3-5 business days (made on-demand)
  • Shipping: 4-7 business days within India
  • Total: 7-12 business days from order to delivery
How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Click the tracking link to see real-time updates on your delivery status.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What's your return policy?

7-day return window from delivery date.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging

We'll issue a full refund once we receive and inspect the item.

How do I return or exchange an item?

To Return:

  1. Email ryuoraofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include: order number, item name, reason for return
  3. We'll send you a return shipping label
  4. Pack item securely with original tags
  5. Ship it back to us
  6. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive it

To Exchange:
Same process, but let us know what size/color you want instead. We'll ship the replacement once we receive the original item.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Email us immediately at ryuoraofficial@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damage/defect
  • Description of the issue

We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund—your choice. Quality matters to us. If something's wrong, we'll make it right

Do I get a refund or store credit?

Full refund to your original payment method. No store credit unless you specifically request it.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
